Dr. Phyllis A. Green is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus with a B.A. degree in Spanish and a B.Sc. Degree in Government (Public Administration).  Dr. Green is a graduate of a Teachers College, Columbia University earning M.A. (Organizational Psychology), Ed.M. (Measurement, Evaluation and Statistics) and Ed.D. (Measurement, Evaluation and Statistics). She has also completed graduate studies at the United Theological College, an affiliate of the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus.
